Emotion Tag
A tag that records how you felt when you took a trade.
Definition
An emotion tag captures your state of mind — calm, fearful, greedy, frustrated — at the time of a trade. Linking feelings to outcomes often reveals that certain emotions reliably lead to worse decisions, which is the first step to managing them.
Example
You tag trades taken while "frustrated" and notice they lose more often than your calm trades. That is a signal to step away when frustrated.
