Emotions

An emotion tag records how you felt when you traded. Linking feelings to outcomes often shows that certain states reliably lead to worse decisions.

Before / after

Same setup, two states

Before

Bored and impatient, takes a marginal setup "to do something", sizes up to feel the move.

After

Calm and rested, waits, takes only the A+ setup at planned size, logs the feeling.

Pro insight

Emotions are data. When you tag your state and link it to outcomes, you often find that one feeling — frustration, FOMO, overconfidence — reliably precedes your worst trades.
