Symbol

The name of the instrument you traded, like EURUSD or AAPL.

Definition

A symbol is the short code that identifies what you traded — a currency pair, a stock, an index, and so on. Every trade in your journal belongs to a symbol, which lets you group results and see which instruments suit your style.

Example

If you bought and sold EURUSD, the symbol is "EURUSD". Filtering by it shows only your euro/dollar trades.
