Strategy

Your overall plan for how and when you trade.

Definition

A strategy is the high-level approach that guides your trading — what you look for, when you act, and how you manage risk. Tracking results by strategy shows you which approaches actually work for you, rather than guessing.

Example

A "trend pullback" strategy might mean you only buy dips when the broader trend is up. You tag those trades so you can review the strategy as a whole.
